CM3T First Graduating Class Summer 2012

Our Mission:

GCM3T exists to glorify God by training and equipping missionaries for the challenges of church planting among unreached people groups who still have no or very little access to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  

Our Vision:

Our vision is to train theologically-grounded, Christ-passionate, Gospel-centered, Bible-saturated, local native-evangelists, missionaries, church-planters, and pastors to take the gospel to unreached people groups so that Christ will receive the reward of His sufferings.  Whereas, our primary training presently takes place in Cameroon, we are also planning to develop a deployable, mobile training unit (DMTU) to train national believers in centrally located areas throughout the world in missionary tactics and theology.

So, whether you can come to us or we can come to you sometime in the future, our vision is to provide biblical missionary training that is inexpensive, reproducible, effective, and outstanding in quality to believers who desire to make much of Christ by taking the Gospel to yet unreached people groups.

Our Rational:

Nationals whom God calls to work as evangelists, missionaries, pastors, and/or church planters among their own people have the advantage of knowing and understanding their own culture and language.  However, having said that, they may or may not know and understand the Word of God well enough to truly minister the Gospel to their own people group.  This is where GCM3T can help.  You see, we cannot possibly provide believers with cultural and linguistic training for every possible unreached people group in the world or even in Cameroon.  We can, however, provide a theologically sound, universally relevant, and cross-culturally savvy Bible education to those believers desiring to go into their own cultures to minister the Gospel and plant biblical churches.

Thus, the rational behind GCM3T is that in providing believers, regardless of where they are from and where they are going, with an excellent well-rounded and practical Bible education they will be able to accentuate as well as enculturate this training with their own cultural awareness so as to minister the Gospel and start solid churches within their own culture.   

Whereas, our focus will not be on individual cultures per se, we will provide training that deals with universal cross-cultural principles and contextualization so as to enhance the effectiveness of our students’ ministries.  

What Does The Training Cost?

As a Faith-based ministry which trusts God to provide for all of our needs and especially for what is necessary to accomplish the work He has assigned us, we are committed to providing our training free of charge to whomever desires to serve God as a pioneer church planter among unreached peoples and whom is otherwise qualified to do such work.

If selected as a student you will be required to pay your own way to and from our location in Cameroon as well as all travel and government fees.  If rooms are available in our student hostel you will be provided one for a nominal charge. If no rooms are available one can be easily rented nearby. You will need to pay for your own food and other personal living expenses even if staying at the student hostel.  You may also be required to share a room with other same-sex students.  Textbooks, study materials, class notes, and other ministry resources are available to students at discounted prices.

What Kind of Students Are We Looking for?

We are only interested in students who know, love, worship, serve, and are consumed with passionately pursuing Christ and His will for their lives even if His will means suffering or death for the sake of the Gospel.  We are looking for men and women ready to do hard things for Christ and the sake of the Gospel.  We are not looking for people who are consumed with their own self-preservation and comfort.  We are looking for believers who already have a track record of living by faith, disciplining themselves for the purpose of godliness, practicing servant-leadership, and sacrificially serving Christ by serving others.
